LET'S TWERK OUT! This aerobics class, introduces the technique of dance, specifically twerkin into actual exercise techniques that tone and shape your thighs, legs and butt. The result of this workout over time will strengthen your core and build muscle in your legs and gluteus Maximus, creating a nice full and plump shape!
