In Time For Earth Day, Discount Cab and Tempe.com Put Prius on the Streets

Just in time for Earth Day, Discount Cab, Phoenix's largest taxi service, is adding Toyota Prius taxis to its fleet of vehicles. The first 20 of a planned 200 hybrids will hit the road on April 21, painted in the bright lime green that Discount Cab has made a staple on Valley streets. Scottsdale.com and Tempe.com, local business directories, will be the first company to have one of the new Hybrid Prius wrapped in their company's logo. Scottsdale.com and Tempe.com pride themselves in being a "green" form of advertising for local companies looking to avoid print media.
