The Madison Improvement Club is all about the balance between yoga and high intensity spin. This Arcadia studio offers indoor cycling, or as they have coined it “Party on a Bike®”, which is a fun, high energy atmosphere with hip, invigorating music that is non-stop to extremely enthusiastic instructors encouraging you to just. keep. going!
