For nearly 20 years, the partnership of Bloom and Van Omen has captured significant market share and the trust of their community. Chey Castro has joined Andrew Bloom and David Van Omen and the agency will now be known as BVC Luxury Group. By adding Castro’s depth of knowledge and success in the luxury real estate market, the team is positioned to provide an unparalleled experience to home buyers and sellers.
Chey Castro is a graduate of ASU with a degree in finance (summa cum laude) and of Notre Dame with a Master of Science in accountancy. Prior to obtaining his real estate license in 2007, he served as a senior auditor for Ernst & Young and as a senior financial analyst for DMB Associates, a real estate development firm.
“My breadth of knowledge and understanding of the financial side of any transaction is a skill that enables me to ensure that my clients’ financial needs are well served,” Castro says. “My mission is to devote total focus, intensity and time to the needs of my clients.”
Castro is described by clients as “positive,” “optimistic,” “trustworthy,” “hard-working” and “ethical.” “We are honored that he has decided to join our team,” explains Andrew Bloom, senior partner with BVC Luxury Group. “We are confident Chey will help us continue our mission of helping clients with the best in real estate service.”
